The Michael Sars Symposium 2026 will take place on June 4, 2026 in Bergen. 

For the 2026 edition of its yearly Symposium, the Michael Sars Centre is collaborating with the Computational Biology Unit at the University of Bergen to further develop local and international connections between experts in computational and biological sciences. We offer an exciting one-day program with 10 talks ranging from theoretical ecology to marine molecular biology, all united under the theme Living systems in a variable ocean. The meeting will take place at Media City Bergen, and is open to all. Welcome!
