Ragnhild Reehorst Lereim was a PhD candidate in the Barsnes group from 2016 to 2021, within the field of proteomics and cell-biology. She successfully defended her thesis in June 2021.
Bram Burger was a PhD candidate in the Barsnes group from 2016 to 2021, working on the statistical analysis of proteomics data. He successfully defended his thesis in June 2021.
Carlos Horro was a chief engineer in the Barsnes group from 2016 to 2020 working on the analysis of proteomics data in a web-based context, including tools such as SearchGUI, PeptideShaker, NeLS and Galaxy.
Yehia Farag was a Chief Engineer in the Barsnes group from 2016 to 2020 working on web-based interactive visual analysis of omics data. He was main the developer behind the CSF Proteome Resource.
Astrid Guldbrandsen was a Postdoc in the Barsnes group from 2017 to 2020 working on the CSF Proteome Resource, in addition to performing related wet lab experiments.
